Lydia Grey-Cross ~ Founder CEO, Chair/Managing Director:

As Founder and CEO, Lydia Grey-Cross has earned degrees in Psychology and Early Childhood Education and has worked in the Social Services arena and in Substance Abuse, as well as owned and directed a Child Care Learning Center for a conglomeration of over 35 years. The CEO has also spent several years in Africa, assisting individuals with personal essential needs. Here in the USA, the CEO has consistently provided relief to individuals, using personal contributions.

Dawn Durr-Mormon ~ Client Relationship Director 

Dawn is originally from the south suburbs of Chicago, Il and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University in Mass Communication with a minor in sociology. She is very astute in people's relationships and wellbeing, and possesses a keen interest and skills regarding social justice and human rights.  Dawn holds licenses in the State of Illinois: Department of Child and Family Services, as a Licensed Direct Child Welfare Employee, as well as a Mental Health Qualified Professional. She has also attained a State Teacher Certification with the Board of Illinois Education and has served  in areas of  public education and social services for over 25 years. Dawn is married and has two daughters.

  Annalee Nina ~ Media Director                  Spanish Interpretor 

Annalee was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has a rich Dominican heritage. Over the years, Annalee Nina has gained a wealth of knowledge working with various social media platforms. Additionally, with strong multitasking and interpersonal skills, Annalee has excelled as a Spanish interpretor. She has years of experience interpreting for businesses working to supporting non-bilingual families. 
  She is the mother of two children. She has always been compassionate and dependable. To say the least, Annalee has always and continues to selflessly serve others.

Ruth Bridges ~ Finance Director

Ruth G. Bridges, M. Ed. An experienced Special Education Coordinator and Professional Development Trainer. With her vision for equity and inclusion for all, Mrs. Bridges has also facilitated and managed grants; allocating funds amongst various school administrators in Charlotte Mecklenburg School District to be utilized for specific projects aligned to the improvement of student outcomes. Mrs. Bridges also has a son who is the founder and CEO of a non-profit entity: University Soup Kitchen (USK).


Rani Iyengar ~ Multicultural Affairs Director:

Rani Iyengar brings with her, a passion to harness diversity to build holistic multicultural solutions.  Originally from India, she moved to the United States in 1997.  Her experiences in India and the US, span multiple ethnic and socio-economic demographics in both, the public and private sectors.  Rani has an M.S. in Clinical Counseling from Illinois State University and a Master's degree in Social Work from India.  She currently resides in Dallas, TX and in her free time enjoys traveling, watching movies and staying fit. 

Dr Shaundrika Langley-Grey ~ Education Director

Dr Langley-Grey has been a school administrator for over 10 years. She has had roles in chairing CSE meetings, transition coordination, assistant principal and currently an elementary school principal. She is compassionate about serving all children with an equity mindset, with a goal of building literacy equity. Dr Langley-Grey, also volunteers her services to a few organizations, where she has proven herself to be an asset. She is a wife, mother and devotes her heart to service for all mankind.

Mary Pfeiffer ~ Business and Media Consultant:

BA Theology, BA Education, MBA, TEFL MA, and 25 years’ experience in Education, Business, and Consultancy.
